Description	To provide the appropriate atmosphere for the farewell for the Rockhampton Hospital Nurses Quarters/SAB, the building was given a 'lift' with helium balloons on each floor thanks to the efforts of Rockhampton Hospital Staff-Members Jenny Frazer (Right) and Amanda Tynan who can be seen on the second balcony.
