| Description | The photograph shows a nurse in uniform at the Rockhampton Hospital in 1937. The rear of the photograph is annotated 'To Dear Ann With Love From Ivy xxx Xmas 1937'. It is known that there was an Ivy Beaumont in the group of nurses at the hospital in 1937 but it is not possible to be certain that this is the person. The back of the photograph is stamped 8 June 1937 and the imprint on the photograph is Rockhampton Studios Ltd. There is a second identical photograph annotated 'To Dear Lil With love From Ivy xxx'. |
