Description	The photograph shows a group of nurses standing on the steps of the Rockhampton Hospital in January 1966 at the beginning of their four year nurse training program. The original photograph in the Country Hospital Museum Collection was accompanied by two partial lists of names. These were combined and corrected for known errors (mainly the spelling of names) and published on this website. We now gratefully acknowledge the assistance of one of nurses who was in the photograph who has been able to confirm the accuracy of the original set of names and add eight additional names. The updated list is as follows: First Row: 1. Jennifer Galvin, 2. Sharon Willett, 3. Delmae Snyder, 4.Cheryl Jardin, 5. Joyce Ferguson, 6. Marion Stephenson ; Second Row: 1. Yvonne Clewly, 2. Elizabeth Hungerford; 3. Beryl Jensen, 4. Unidentified, 5. Robyn Giles, 6. Carol Sibley; Third Row: 1. Glenda Bennetts, 2. Helen Doubleday, 3. Lavinia Smith, 4. Dawn Dinsdale, 5. Judy Kent, 6. Vivienne Fletcher; Back Row: 1. Christine Law, 2. Unidentified, 3. Robyn Gibson, 4. Mary Chardon, 5. Enid Vaughan. Eight of the nurses above (Mary Chardon, Jennifer Galvin, Joyce Ferguson, Elizabeth Hungerford, Vivienne Fletcher, Christine Law, Helen Doubleday and Enid Vaughan) graduated in a ceremony on 30 July 1969.
