| Description | Elsie Louisa Crudginton was one of eight children of Albert Crudgington and Elizabeth Browning. Born in 1897, she was the oldest of four of the daughters who became nurses. She trained at the Rockhampton Hospital from 21 Jan 1918 to 28 Feb 1921. Elsie is also known to have worked at the Tannachy Hospital. The nurses' brother Albert (born 1910) donated a large number of valuable items to the ACHHA Collection. The card is stamped 'Rockhampton Studios Ltd'. |
