| Description | The photograph shows Nurse Patricia (Pat) Fox (married name Armstrong) in uniform at the Rockhampton Hospital ca. 1954. The building in the background is the “new” Rockhampton Hospital Nurses Quarters which were opened on 11 July 1954. Patricia Fox began her nurse training at the Maryborough Hospital but transferred to the Rockhampton Hospital after about 10 months. She trained at the Rockhampton Hospital from 23 Nov 1953 until 24 Dec 1956. |
